Why He's Here: Split personality Disorder linked with Nymphomania and self-mutilation[Ecchi only].
Anything else we should know: Totchi's split personality or "Ecchi",(Meaning "Indecent" in Japanese)to Totchi is no more a disorder, but rather his brother. Acting as "black-out" type situations, Totchi himself has no memory of anything happening when it's Ecchi. (Ecchi, however is fully knowladged of everything that goes on.) Acting as a "sheild" for the boy, Ecchi will only really appear when Totchi is faced with something putting him in a highly-emotional state (ie. overly scared or stressed), and from there in his own twisted way will "fix the problem", despite the well-being of the boy, or others around him. Upon regaining control, Totchi will assume he'd fallen and hit his head or otherwise, causing him to have just missed seeing his brother.
Through these "switches", What is Totchi's complete denial over his disorder whatsoever can often cause his 'stories' of not seeing his brother to seem as if he were lying straight to your face -- though in reality he's just that stupid.
